Please use the size chart only as a guide to determine the best fit for you. Measurements do not include stretch for spandex/lycra mixed fabrics (stretch percentage and factor cannot be accurately measured)
For best results, take measurements over your undergarments. If possible, have someone else measure you, as it is much more accurate.
